Refund policy

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Earrings 

Returns and exchange details

Personalized items are items that have been created just for you and therefore can not be easily resold (names, dates, etc). I do not allow returns or refunds on personalized items. Please check your information carefully before submitting your order.
If in the event I have made a mistake please notify me as soon as possible. I will remake and reship right away.

Please Note: Each personalized item is created by hand, one letter at a time using traditional hand tools, not machine engraving. This process is done so by my hands not by machine therefore placement, depth and spacing will not be exact. I do not intend for my work to look engraved or "machine done". This is what makes this process unique!

Cancellations and changes: If in the event you need to cancel or change your order please contact me asap! I try to start orders as soon as possible (sometimes even same day). If in the event I have started your order I can only provide a partial refund.

Items must be returned in original condition and with all original packaging. Once item is received back, a refund for item purchase price will be issued in the original form of payment (less shipping cost).
